Thank you for shopping with SPEC Standard. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process,  fulfill, and deliver orders placed through the SPEC Standard website at  www.specstandard.com (the “Site”). 

By placing an order with SPEC Standard, you agree to the terms described in this Shipping  Policy. 

1. Order Processing 

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment  confirmation. 

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business  day. 

• Occasionally, processing times may be longer due to inventory availability or  verification requirements. 

Order Verification: 

To protect against fraud and misuse, some purchases may be subject to additional  verification before fulfillment. This may result in a short delay. 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times 

We offer the following shipping options:

Overnight Shipping 1 business day Must be ordered before cutoff time

Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing is complete. Actual delivery  times may vary due to carrier delays or other factors. 

3. Shipping Charges 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: 

• Shipping destination 

• Package weight 

• Selected shipping method 

You will be shown the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase. 

4. International Shipping 

At this time, SPEC Standard ships primarily within the United States. International shipping  may be available in select locations but is subject to: 

• Customs regulations 

• Import duties and taxes 

• Carrier restrictions 

The recipient is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. 

5. Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including: • Carrier name 

• Tracking number 

• Estimated delivery date 

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Address 

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete before confirming your  order. 

SPEC Standard is not responsible for: 

• Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error 

• Lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues 

• Refused or undeliverable packages 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply  for re-shipment. 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments 

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

2. Provide your order number and details of the issue 

3. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the problem Claims must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. 

8. Shipping Restrictions 

By placing an order, you represent that: 

• You are at least 21 years old 

• You will use all products for legitimate laboratory research purposes only • You will not use any products for human or animal consumption 

• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations 

SPEC Standard reserves the right to refuse shipment to any order that appears inconsistent  with these requirements.
